- Must be able to pass a government comprehensive background check
- Must be in good moral character and not have any negative background
- Must maintain high standards for personal appearance and hygiene
- Must not owe any back federal income taxes
- Must possess effective communication skills, both oral and written.

- Must have a good driving record
- Must be self sufficient and able to lead others and / or follow directions without direct supervision
- Must be drug free
